Cancellation/Lateness Policy


  • If you cancel the day before or no show for your appointment then 100% of the cost of the groom will be charged.
  • If you cancel with only 2 days notice 50% of the groom will be charged.
  • If you are more than 15 mins late for your scheduled appointment you will be considered a no show, turned away as there won't be enough time to groom your dog and full price will be charged.


All charges must be paid before any further appointments can be made.
